SSW Restore

SSW Restore is a 50 minute class in a room warmed to 90/95 degrees. This passive meditative form of yoga holding poses for an extended amount of time focusing on breathe. Restore is a great introductory to yoga and stretching. Helping to improve daily living, this class and postures practiced is not a set sequence. We will use the wall and props.
